Employee Communications

Question: Do you think an employer should access employee communications only when a problem occurs? Explain your reasoning. Answer: Architects that use computer aided designs to build buildings shall require regular monitoring from the employers. Such monitoring shall help the professionals to design buildings as per the client needs and specifications (Pierce et al. 2015). In addition, this would help the management of the business entity to overcome any discrepancies and take rectifications measures. Accountants use spreadsheets to interpret financial data to prepare the financial reports would require the employer intervention regarding employee communications when there is an issue (Mishra et al. 2014). Frequent monitoring of the employee performance is not a pre-requisite, as it can lead to unnecessary intervention and wastage of time and effort on the part of the employers.
